This twilight session for governors of maintained Primary schools, academies and free schools will focus on the key changes to the inspection process as Ofsted respond to their Big Listen.

Attendance will ensure Governors are well-prepared for the 2024-25 academic year if their setting in likely to be inspected. It will include the latest questions that inspectors are likely to ask governors.

As well as the main changes to inspection and the implications for governors, the session will also include anecdotal examples from recent inspections of how governors have been involved in the process, and the positives and potential areas to be aware of as a leadership team.

This is a really useful session for governors to keep up to date with inspection and benefit from hearing about examples of best practice from other boards of governance that have recently gone through the process.
