We are delighted to offer a brand new range of diaries for the new academic year 2025-2026.

Designed with busy school leaders in mind, we wanted to offer flexibility in design and layout as we know one size doesn't suit all.  These diaries start in August so you can get any early meetings and inset days in before the start of the new academic year.  If you require them to start at a different month, contact us to request this.

• 13 Month Diary - Starts 1st August 2025 and ends 31st August 2026 (if you require a different month, please email us)
• First Day of the week is Monday (if you want a different day, please email us)
• 12 different designs ranging from modern prints to quotes to abstract designs ensuring something for everyone

• A5 (210mm x 148mm)
• Executive - between A5 and A4 (237mm x 177mm)
• A4 (297mm x 210mm)
  

We offer a number of different formats for inside your diary:

• 1 week over 2 pages
• Week to view with lined pages for notes
• Week to view with To Do List
• 1 page per day

FREE BESPOKE SERVICE

We offer a FREE bespoke service where we can print your name, school name or job title on the front. Up to 2 lines of print. Please contact us at customerservice@focus-education.co.uk to request this option and write clearly what you would like on the planner and whether you want capitals or not.

The covers are printed on 300gsm card

Each diary has a frosted polycover, 300 micron (plastic feel) to make it more durable and last all year.
