Using the EEF Implementation Guidance Effectively to Identify and Prioritise School Improvement Goals.

This course will unpick the most recent Implementation Guidance from the EEF (March 2024), allowing leaders to apply its key principles to their individual school contexts. 

Through this process, you will be able to examine the evidence you have in order to accurately identify your school’s improvement priorities and evaluate where you are in the Explore, Prepare, Deliver, Sustain cycle.

We will cover: 

• Using research-based evidence for school improvement.
• Clearly identifying your key priorities for improvement.
• Being strategic and taking your time to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
• Correctly diagnosing the problems and identifying the best solutions.
