It enables leaders to reflect on their own practice and consider what evidence they would use to support their self-evaluation judgment as a key aspect of Behaviour and Attitudes. The module is based on the current handbook, the schools’ recent inspection experience, and Ofsted’s own training materials. It includes a suggested activity helping leaders to consider their existing practice against Ofsted case studies, enabling reflection and validation of strong practice and the identification of areas for improvement.
